Full hook-ups (water, sewer, electric, and WiFi) are available at all sites. Additional persons over age 12 are $5 per night; ages 2-12 are $2.50 per night. State and local tax is 12.4%. We are a Good Sam park. We have 65 full hook up RV sites with 50/30 amp service. The park has been updated with all new electric pedestals, water and sewer hook ups and updated bathroom and laundry facilities. Guests also enjoy excellent satellite and WiFi reception and brand new picnic tables at each of the sites! Built on mining claims dating back to the early 1900s, we have 35 full hookup sites surrounded by Spruce and Aspen, nestled in the valley just north of Lake San Cristobal. In 1993, Don and Diane Campbell, third generation Lake City residents began building the Highlander after retiring from a 22 year Air Force Career. Sportman’s Campground – Pagosa Springs, Colorado. While Sportman’s Campground only has 32 full hook-up RV sites, the additional amenities make this a home-away-from-home near gorgeous Pagosa Springs. This campground features a fire pit for nights outdoors, as well as Wi-fi and cable.

Features of Town Park
- Swimming Pool -Learn more about the swimming pool
- Kid's Fishing Pond - There is a four-trout limit. Fishing rods may be checked out for no charge at the Information Center in Town Park (equipment rentals are unavailable until further notice). Children must be 12 or under to fish in the pond.
- Toddler Playground - Located near the kid's pond. Featuring a climbing element for children ages 5 and up.
- Imagination Station Playground - Located between home plate of Bear Creek Field and the Hanley Rink Pavilion, the Imagination Station is open year-round. Bring your kids to the park for hours of fun at this 'community-built' playground.
- Horseshoes - There are two horseshoe pits located in between the Skate Park and the Warming Hut in Town Park. These courts are free and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Tennis / Pickleball courts - There are two courts in Town Park located near the swimming pool. Rackets, paddles and balls may be checked out at the Parks and Recreation Office in Town Park.

- Basketball courts - There is an outdoor basketball court located in the center of Town Park. There are no leagues scheduled. You can check out a basketball at the Parks and Recreation Office in Town Park.
- Sand volleyball - Two outdoor sand volleyball courts are located in Town Park near the tennis courts. Open play and pickup games occur throughout the summer. The best time to find other players on the court is on weekday evenings around 6:00 pm.
